With the new year on the horizon, it's time for us all to start planning what we want from our blog for 2018 and to stand out we all want to write the freshest content. For some of you, who have been blogging a while like me, you can get stuck in a creative rut and struggle for new and exciting ideas. To give myself some motivation I always think what would I like to read or I sometimes read posts from some of my favourite bloggers for inspiration. Another helpful tip is to read a "blog post ideas" list which is what I am sharing with you today! Plus some national awareness days which always trend on twitter!

Friday 22 December 2017
I met my boyfriend Blake, well over three years ago now, through a dating app which to some people always comes as a shock when I tell them, I think some people don't expect dating apps to really work, let alone find a guy or girl who is looking for something serious or want the same things that you want. But I'm here to tell you that dating apps really do work and introduce you to Badoo, officially the 'largest dating app in the world’ with over 366 million users! Also not only is Badoo a dating app but also a social discovery app if you just want to make new friends for New Year too.

My Travel Bucket List 2018
Tuesday 12 December 2017
Every year one of my New Year's resolutions is to travel more, in 2017 I was lucky enough to go on holiday to six destinations including Amsterdam, Newquay, Ibiza, the Dominican Republic, Barcelona and Portugal and I'm already planning next years trips! Travel for me is about creating new memories, exploring new cultures, improving my photography skills and it gives me time to really relax and forget about work. Another great thing about travel is whatever your budget, with a little research or by booking a last minute deal you can find really reasonable flights and hotels and make your trip an incredible experience. Or if you're looking for a luxury holiday check out Destination2.co.uk for their full list of holiday destinations.

Festive Fun in the Midlands
Wednesday 6 December 2017
My weekends have been packed in November and will be even more so in December as I'll be visiting family, friends and mainly just soaking up that Christmas spirit and having fun. I'm lucky that where I live in Stratford Upon Avon there is lots to do in the surrounding towns including Birmingham with their annual Frankfurt Christmas Market, which the organisers bring all the way from Germany. Here are just a few activities I have got up to so far...

Chemist4u Beauty Haul
Thursday 30 November 2017
Shopping for beauty products such as foundations, nail varnishes, perfumes (the list is endless) can come at an expense, which before Christmas most of us don't have the spare money to splash out on must have beauty products, but if you look hard enough across the world wide web there are plenty of beauty bargains to be had from online pharmacy & chemists such as Chemist4u. When I initially came across this website, I thought beauty products really? But YES they do have a wide range of beauty heavily discounted with up to 86% off! This means you can afford to splurge on beauty for yourself which is what I have done but you can also purchase Christmas gifts for the men and women in your life.

Black Friday Deals 2017
Friday 24 November 2017
If you didn't know already today is Black Friday! The one spectacular day of the year where there are more offers and sales dropping in your inbox than you know what to do with. As a girl who loves her clothing and make-up I'm always looking out for the bargains at my favourite high street brands anytime of the year so today is even more relevant. According to the BBC, last year the UK spent a whopping £1.23bn online shopping on Black Friday and I'm sure this year will be just the same or even more. I'm here to encourage those sales that little bit more by sharing with you some of my favourite black Friday deals that I have found whizzing around the internet.

10 Functional Christmas Gifts for Her
Monday 20 November 2017
When you've known a person for a long time it can get more and more difficult to buy Christmas gifts for them, but what if we really thought practically about those gifts and what the person may need more than want. Perhaps they have moved into their first home or are getting ready to go to university or starting their own business. Thinking about a gift that is functional with a use or a purpose will make it a whole lot easier to shop and I have lots of gift ideas to share with you. For example I've been brought a cosmetics box to store my make-up in, a mop and bucket and saucepans when I moved into my first home not very exciting I know, but I use them all the time.

My Portugal Holiday Lookbook 2017
Thursday 9 November 2017
After recently sharing my five reasons to visit the Algarve in Portugal, I though I would also share my holiday outfits with you, in my eyes what is a holiday without the style. Being that the weather was beautiful and sunny for October and the cheap flights (less than £100) meant I could splurge a little (I say splurge, but a lot of these outfits were less than £10!) before I jetted off on my fifth summer holiday of the year and unfortunately my last of 2017... But, hey I'm already looking forward to 2018.
Five reasons to visit the Algarve, Portugal
Monday 6 November 2017
I have been visiting the Algarve, Portugal ever since I was younger with my family so I was really looking forward to going back to the town of Praia Da Rocha for a winter break but this time with the boyfriend, who had never visited before. Situated on the southern tip of Portugal and the Atlantic ocean, the Algarve enjoys more sunshine hours per year than California and is well known for its stunning sandy beaches, sandy coves, cobbled streets and amazing seafood restaurants. It really is a beautiful place and I'm here to tell you the reasons why.

The Little Lace Dress
Monday 30 October 2017
If you have ready my latest outfit post, you will know that I recently collaborated with PrettyLittleThing on their new range of dresses. Having already shared one look I thought I would share another with my readers as I have just got back from an amazing vacay to Portugal and they have the most colourful and instagrammable backdrops! Can I move there please?!
We stayed in southern Portugal in Praia Da Rocha, which has the most beautiful stretch of beaches, flowers everywhere and stunning sunsets...what's not to love? The area I chose to take the photos of this PrettyLittleThing dress is called Fortaleza de Santa Catarina which is the remains of a medieval fort, inside you find lots of steps dressed with purple flowers at the top a picturesque view across the ocean. Sounds perfect right?!

The dilemma is always what to wear depending on what kind of party, you may have one with your colleagues or a catch up over dinner and drinks with the girls. Mustard Florals with PrettyLittleThing
Wednesday 18 October 2017
Being a fashion blogger, I have a long list of brands I want to work with including PrettyLittleThing, who have celebrity collaborations with the likes of Olivia Culpo and Kylie Jenner, so when I got the email asking if I wanted to collaborate with them you can imagine how I reacted! I couldn't stop smiling, my hard work blogging every week had really paid off. They kindly let me pick out three dresses from their new collection which is a difficult process for a girl who is dress obsessed as they have nearly 3000 to choose from, but I managed to narrow it down to these three beautiful dresses all under £50.
Planning a Party with Paperless Post
Monday 16 October 2017
Parties comes in all shapes and sizes, there's weddings, birthday milestones, graduations, anniversary's, baby showers, religious events or just a shindig with family and friends. Whatever the party I either want to be there or planning it, my dream job would actually be a wedding planner! Planning a party is meant to be a fun experience and not stressful in the slightest, unless you leave it until the last minute that is. I think i'm quite easy going and very organised so when I plan a party for a relative or friend, I write myself a checklist and tick them off one by one and of course I'm never afraid to ask for help.
Pashley Picnic 2017
Monday 9 October 2017
When September comes around, so does my favourite cycling event "The Pashley Picnic", in its sixth year now, but this is only my third event, the jolly good ride takes place in my hometown of Stratford Upon Avon and the surrounding countryside. Pashley customers put on their best frocks, tweed and along with their Pashley bikes join together to have a fun filled day of laughter, picnic food and of course CYCLING!
You might actually recognise the brand Pashley from Peggy Porschen Parlour, London. A special edition pink Pashley cycle is currently sitting pretty outside the cake shop and its become a very instagrammable location for many bloggers. I am still yet to go!

Florals in Autumn with Cari's Closet
Wednesday 27 September 2017
With Summer over, it doesn't mean that some fashion trends stop, the one trend that continues through the Autumn season is floral's and as usual I cannot get enough. The only apparent change about this fashion trend is the colours, gone are the bright shades and back are the darker, moody tones.
When I was asked to collaborate with Irish fashion brand, Cari's Closet (named after the owner's daughter), it was a definite YES! On their lovely website they have many different styles of dresses for every different body shape. Their range is perfect for all occasions including proms, weddings, black tie or just a standard night out with the girls. They have new arrivals every week and and stock sizes 6-16. As well as being online, if you live in Ireland they have three stores - Cork, Galway and Dublin

Tips for buying your first car
Monday 25 September 2017
Sponsored post - I have been learning to drive for a year now, compared to my friends I have left it a lot later in life being 25, everyone rushes to learn at 17 but not me, Instead I was happy to use public transport and rely on my family to take me everywhere. But now I'm getting closer to the big 30, I've started thinking about the future and driving is really a necessity for taking future children places and getting from A to B. Once I started learning I was really excited to buy my first car, and there were various factors to consider...

Wednesday 20 September 2017
With the Autumn nights drawing in, a lack of natural light can be a common problem for many home owners, especially those who are living in an apartment on one floor where space and light is therefore limited. I on the other hand am very lucky that my living room has four big windows bringing in lots of natural light and making the room feel and look a whole lot bigger. If you need to create more natural light in your home, just in time for the earlier nights, follow my simple interior solutions below.

Affordable Autumn Fashion Trends
Thursday 14 September 2017
Even though it feels like Autumn in the UK already, it isn't officially until 22nd September and I am literally counting down the days because I am that excited! There is so much to look forward to, including events such as halloween and bonfire night and then there's the fashion trends which is what I am going to write about today.
After wearing dresses and sandals for far too long, I am very much looking forward to throwing on a woolly jumper and ankle boots. The high street and shopping sites like Lyst are already starting to bring out their Autumn collections and I think it doesn't hurt to get prepared for the trends to come and oh boy are they good!

A Gluten Free Guide to Barcelona
Monday 11 September 2017
With my boyfriend being coeliac, I feel it is important to share the amazing gluten free restaurants we have visited on our travels as it can be difficult to find decent gluten free food. I have previously wrote about gluten free places in Amsterdam and Cornwall so wanted to share our gluten free finds from our three year anniversary trip to Barcelona. Surprisingly, Barcelona is amazing for gluten free food compared to the UK they even serve wheat free beer at most restaurants.

Summer Styling with Livvy and Rose
Friday 1 September 2017
September is here and the summer days are slowly drifting away (22 days until Autumn officially starts) but before it does I wanted to share with you some of my new favourite pieces in my summer wardrobe including some fabulous jewellery from Livvy and Rose. As a new fashion brand in the online world (with the cutest name may I add) they centre their fashionable accessories around high quality but at great prices - all less than £20 to be exact. Offering scarves, bags plus hair accessories for little girls, there is so much to get excited about and they offer worldwide delivery so you can get your hands on their products wherever you live.
The Best of the Summer Sale
Thursday 24 August 2017
One of the best things about Summer is that all the sales start and even though your bank card might take a hit, you might at least get some pretty pieces much cheaper than their RRP! If you love the sales like me, well who doesn't... then I have lots of handy tips to share with you.
Number one if you find something you like don't rush into it, try and have a google to find something similar as a lot of stores tend to copy each others styles so you are sure to find it elsewhere and hopefully cheaper. If the fashion website you're shopping on has a wishlist section (hello ASOS my addiction) then add the items you love there and watch them come down in price as they are bound to eventually. Another great tip is to sign up to the newsletters of your favourite websites, every Monday I receive a lot but its great to see what they have on offer and sometimes I get a cheeky discount on top of the sale.
Right, now I am finally going to share my favourite summer sale pieces online by price of course!

Finding the Perfect Bra with Hunkemöller
Monday 21 August 2017
Buying lingerie for myself is about making myself look and feel good whether it's just to wear day to day or to wear for your other half. I also want it to be comfortable and fit well as us girls have to wear one everyday of the week. I have found it a struggle in the past to find the perfect bra as lots of lingerie brands sizing is so different. I must admit I never used to spend loads on bras but now I'm learning how better the quality and the fit is, if you do spend that little extra. Hence the beautiful brand from the Netherlands I am going to be talking about today - Hunkemöller. They specialise in lingerie, swimwear, nightwear and most recently a new sportswear collection.

My Designer Wishlist
Friday 18 August 2017
Even though my fashion blog is all about bargains it doesn't mean that I don't like designer goods, it's just I unfortunately can't afford them (hint hint boyfriend) whilst other things in life take priority, like paying the bills. But if there was a world where I could buy any designer clothing, shoes and accessories I wanted lets just it would be like a scene from confessions of a shopaholic, overflowing with shopping bags and my credit card would have to be frozen. And obviously there would be a designer wishlist, which I am going to share with you today.
With so many websites stocking designer clothes its hard to know where to shop but I was recently introduced to OD's Designer Clothing and I really love their fashion website and their clothing range. OD's stock various designer labels including Ash, Ted Baker, Olivia Burton, Vivienne Westwood, Moschino and lots more for men, women and kids. You can shop by designer label or category making it a whole lot easier to find what you are looking for and they currently have a sale which is always a bonus.
Barcelona Style Diary
Tuesday 15 August 2017
Whenever I go on my travels, I get so excited to plan my outfits because it always means buying something new....as they say a girl can never have too many clothes! This particular travel adventure was Barcelona for our three year anniversary and I knew it was going to be hot, 35 degrees in fact which meant cool clothing for day and night.
I could only carry on a small suitcase, so this meant extra planning because I could only fit a minimum amount of shoes (which is difficult for a fashion blogger who is a shoeaholic) and I also wanted to do some shopping while I was out there, so I had to keep a little space for that.

Mad Beauty Review
Wednesday 9 August 2017
With so many beauty brands in the blogosphere its rare that you come across something unique and quirky, I thought that until I discovered Mad Beauty. A beauty brand that takes me back to my youth with its vintage inspired Kelloggs and Disney products all starting from 99p! Not only are the prices reasonable but they are launching new ranges all the time including jelly belly and slush puppie. In addition to this they even have their own branded beauty products, including hand sanitizers, cosmetic bags, nail varnishes, lip glosses and so much more! If you're an eager beaver you can even start getting prepared for Christmas (148 days away) with their lovely gifts or if you just want a cute gift for a birthday there is so much choice.

Off The Shoulder Lace
Monday 31 July 2017
Whenever I get the chance to show off my beautiful hometown of Stratford Upon Avon I take it, especially when it comes to my blog outfits. By the Avon there are plenty of little walkways to explore the quieter side of the town, it's the perfect place to relax with a good book and take in the views or a chance to get some beautiful photography like I do. This particularly summer look was taken by Holy Trinity Church which is well known as Shakespeare is laid to rest there and it is so picturesque, I almost felt like I was in a fairy tale.

Making Delicious Coffee at Home
Monday 24 July 2017
With about two billion cups consumed every day, coffee certainly does make the world go round. I myself, cannot image a Monday morning without a cup and I know I would be asleep at my desk at work if I didn't drink one... in a fashionable mug of course. Before I met my boyfriend Blake (who loves coffee even more than I do) I used to drink ordinary instant coffee granules at home which I thought at the time were great until he introduced me to fresh coffee beans that are ground at home. Now thanks to him I get the pleasure of drinking local hand roasted coffee from Monsoon Estates everyday at home and I'm here to show you how you can too.

My Niece's Christening
Monday 17 July 2017
Family is the most important thing in the world to me, I really don't know what I would do without them and I love it when we get together for special occasions like a christening. Having grown up with just my mom and my sister we are very close and when I became an auntie for the first time, to Lily who is now five, it was the best thing ever and then when Olivia came along who is now 11 months old, it was just as special. I now have two beautiful girls to call my nieces and godchildren!

Date Night at The Peacock, Oxhill
Monday 10 July 2017
Living in the countryside I am spoilt for choice when it comes to food there are so many fantastic restaurants and country pubs so I was very excited to be trying somewhere new for date night. Situated about thirty minutes from my hometown of Stratford Upon Avon, is The Peacock a lovely pub in the village of Oxhill. Upon entering the warwickshire village I could already tell that that we were going to have a lovely evening, the houses are stunning and it had a real countryside vibe.

Ibiza Travel & Style Guide
Friday 7 July 2017
I have recently got back from the best holiday to Ibiza with the girls and I already have major holiday blues! I think Ibiza is one of those holidays you have to do with your friends when you either turn 18 or go when your bit older (25) like me so you have more sense and money! The girls and I only went to Ibiza for four days, flying on a Sunday and coming back on a Wednesday because I think if your going to party heavy that is definitely all you need! I needed another holiday to recover from this one.
Before I went to Ibiza I was doing some research about costings and where to go and I felt the internet was lacking so here I am to bring you my personal guide to Ibiza.

What I'm packing for Ibiza
Saturday 24 June 2017
I'm off to the sunny white isle of Ibiza on Sunday and excited is an understatement. I have been packing my suitcase for at least two weeks trying to decide what to take, as I only have a small suitcase allowance and I'm a girl who loves her fashion and wants to take her whole wardrobe! I am travelling with two airlines: Jet 2 and Ryanair who's luggage restrictions are slightly different but It's fine because I'm all prepared with my day and night outfits whilst not forgetting the accessories!

A Gluten Free Guide to Cornwall
Monday 5 June 2017
Every year me and my family take a trip to our favourite Cornish towns: Newquay and St Ives to explore the beautiful English coastline, spend time together and enjoy the local food. Me and my boyfriend are proper foodies but unfortunately our options can be somewhat limited when we go on holiday as Blake is coeliac. We were really surprised to find so many gluten free restaurants and cafes compared to when we last visited over a year ago. So if you are coeliac or just fancy hearing about some cool restaurants in Cornwall read on!

An Unforgettable Holiday at Dreams La Romana
Friday 26 May 2017
At the end of April I flew to the beautiful Caribbean island of Dominican Republic with the boyfriend and the best thing about it, it didn't cost us anything! I won this holiday through Holiday Pirates which you can read about here and now I get to finally tell you all about my dream holiday at Dreams La Romana.
The luxury all inclusive resort is situated on the southeast coast of The Dominican Republic in Playa Bayahibe, La Romana which takes about 45 minutes to travel to, from Punta Canta airport. In total Dreams have four resorts in Dominican Republic which all look just as beautiful as La Romana, I'm hoping one day I can visit them all!

My Caribbean Holiday Outfits
Friday 19 May 2017
After recently sharing my beautiful floral maxi dress from Blue Vanilla on the blog I am excited to share more holiday looks with you! As you will see from my outfits below, my wardrobe is full of florals and summer prints. I do love to select certain pieces of clothing depending on where I am going on holiday and with this trip being to the Caribbean I wanted bright colours, tropical vibes and lots of prints.
OUTFIT 1
This outfit I put together very last minute before the holiday, the orange pleated skirt was only £9 from Very and the floral pleated cami is from New Look only £12.99. I styled this with my pink espadrilles from ASOS and a River Island clutch bag. I sometimes don't like how pleated long skirts look on my petite frame but this one was the perfect length and I love the brightness. With the cami there are so many other colours to pair it with including blue and green.
Protecting your Skin in the Sun
Monday 15 May 2017
When I think of Summer, I think of going to the beach and sunbathing in my bikini but because I'm so fair skinned I have to slap on the sunscreen. I have been burnt numerous times before, the worst in Newquay in the UK, because of being careless and not reapplying when I have stepped out of the water. Sometimes you may think it's not even that sunny, but believe me you can still get burnt, so read my helpful tips and be careful whilst relaxing in the sun!

Navy Ruffle Maxi Dress
Tuesday 9 May 2017
Before I go on holiday my favourite part of the preparation is the outfit planning, at home I rarely get to dress up in the week so being able to do this every day is fabulous and what better place to take outfit photos then in Dominican Republic, with its amazing tropical backdrop!
One item that I always bring on holidays is a maxi dress, why you ask? Because they are so versatile. You can easily wear a maxi dress from the beach to the bar and be super comfy whilst your doing it! The only problem I do have with buying maxi dresses is that they do design them for tall people and being that I am only 5 ft 2, some of them can be super long, but a pair of wedges does always help with the height problem.

With this maxi dress outfit post I had a little help from Blue Vanilla who kindly gifted me a gorgeous navy ruffle maxi dress from their SS17 range, which actually fit my small frame and is easily affordable at just £30! I have previously worn their designs on the blog before here, I love that their clothing has a unique style and it doesn't break the bank. Holiday Style with JORD Watches
Monday 1 May 2017
Today I have something very exciting to share not only do I have a GIVEAWAY (NOW CLOSED) for you but the boyfriend is finally joining in on my blog photos. He is normally the one behind the camera taking my shots for Instagram, otherwise known as the "Blogger Husband".
The reason he has joined me today is because the lovely people at JORD watches have gifted us a stylish wooden mens watch. I say mens watch, but because it's made of wood it is versatile so any gender can wear it, so we will definitely be fighting over who wears it next! When it comes to purchasing watches my boyfriend owns a lot - well over fifteen, whereas I've never really been a watch person that is until I discovered JORD's unique watches.

Why Fragrances for Men Make the Perfect Gift
Monday 24 April 2017
When I'm buying a gift for my partner Blake I always like to get him something really special whatever the cost. Birthdays are a great time to spoil each other and this year I went all out and paid for a trip to Amsterdam as we've both always wanted to go. But on previous birthdays I always tend to buy a fragrance as I know he appreciates a good scent!
One fragrance brand that I have in my hometown of Stratford Upon Avon is L'Occitane. Instantly recognisable because of the bright yellow front, originally started in France, they have over 2700 stores over the world offering skincare, bath & hair products plus the perfume for men L'Occitane range.

Fitness And Cheap Gym Membership: A Guide To Getting Free Gym Passes
Wednesday 19 April 2017
Fitness and health are important factors in contemporary society; this is the reason so many people choose to join a gym. Unfortunately, most of these people find themselves locked into expensive long-term contracts without ever stepping foot into the gym - well, beyond signing the contract, that is.
Needless to say, we are all searching for a way to lose weight without having to spend thousands of pounds. When my local gym Xtreme Gyms opened last year, I managed to get an early bird deal of £25 a month which I think is about average.
This article below will provide you with information on how to shed the fat without having to spend a single penny, by making use of the latest free gym trials, pay-as-you-go deals, and no-frills contracts from approximately £10/month. Be sure to watch out for these contracts and keep an eye on what to do when the membership hits a snag.
