Daisy Print Evening Outfit

This weekend it was my friends birthday so I took a long train journey all the way to Maidstone in Kent. Like all my evening outfits I always plan ahead as I get so excited dressing up and I always tend to buy something new.

I came across this Daisy Pep Hem Skirt for just £10 from Dorothy Perkins I knew I couldn't pass up a bargain like that and the print is made for Spring. To style with it I popped to my local H&M (where I spend way to much now I live close to one) and bought a cream cami for just £7.99! Plain tops mean you can jazz them up with some jewellery.

Black Is Back

They say black never goes out of fashion and in all my years growing up I have to agree. Black isn't a colour I wear a lot but I especially like to wear it for work and going out.

Patterned jeans are my favourite this spring and I found these black floral ones for just £8 at H&M! I also got this beaut black shiny boucle jacket from eBay for just £7 but it is originally from Forever 21 for £22.99. I'm always on the hunt for a bargain!

I styled this outfit with my Primark high low blouse, New Look black caged heels and beaded necklace.

Two Ways to Style a Kimono

It's time to put away the summer cardigans and opt for a kimono instead. My new addition to my wardrobe is this sky blue chiffon kimono from ASOS (£13.50), perfect for SS14. It's great for putting over your shoulders when there's a summer chill and it looks pretty too.

I wore it two different ways and it definitely helped that the sun was shining today, I could even get the sunglasses out! (H&M £5.99)
