Gemini Woman Party Blogger Event

On Thursday I hosted and style my second blogger event with my colleague Holly. I love these photoshoots as we get to pamper and make people feel special for the day!

On this occasion it was bloggers Fiona Avenue 57 and Donna I won't wear sludge brown who were so lovely to talk to and looked amazing in all of Gemini's clothes. They were spoilt for choice!

In terms of heels we had a lot of ankle boots in brands such as Kennel and Schmenger, Unisa and Peter Kaiser! Sometime I wish I had bigger feet!

The clothes were picked out of our brands French Connection, Great Plains, Noa Noa, Bernshaw, Marella, and the colour tones were very Christmassy reds, golds etc

The backdrop for the shoot was made up of presents, tinsels, baubles so much fun to put together really got me in the Christmas spirit!

Both bloggers chose six gorgeous outfits each - my favourite for Donna was the French Connection Imperial wool coat with the great plains blouse and leather skirt.

Fiona looked fab in the Marella red dress perfect for Christmas!

Me and holly are with Donna and Fiona (mind my cheesy grin)

A Berry Autumn

I love the colour berry and these Sandwich Clothing texture print leggings (£59) are so comfy and look fab with lots of clothes you could even dress them up for night with heels, cami and leather jacket. I did get them half price with my work discount but they are different to any I've seen in other shops and they come in a shade of blue.

I styled them with a H&M blouse and knitted cardigan which has berry and red around the sleeves and front which keeps me so warm. I'm also wearing H&M brown boots! Can you tell I am a fan of H&M?

I wore this outfit today to walk the dog around Stratford! Luckily it wasn't raining for a change! Have a great weekend :)

Fashion Trend: Tartan

When I saw these Matalan Tartan Trousers in store a couple of weeks ago for £14 I had to get them perfect pattern for AW14 and I like that there not too in your face.

I styled them with a grey jumper from H&M (£7) and Primark check scarf (£4) the great thing is that I can even wear these trousers for evening with a black leather jacket and heels.

Matalan have such amazing clothes at the moment including this:

Sport block cardigan £20

Navy Pea Coat £35

Printed shirt £8

Are you loving Matalan's designs?

Great Plains Fur Gilet

Until recently I used to think Gilets were padded and let's just say hideous! But by adding some faux fur they are definitely the 'it' item of the moment, a halfway between knitwear and outerwear what could be better?!

My style icon Olivia Palermo sure knows how to rock one!

At work Great Plains have designed this stylish Faux Fur buckle version (£100) which I love! It so soft and good quality for the price - an investment piece.

I styled it with a Great Plains embellished collar shirt, (£70) French Connection Jeggings (£70) Pia Rossini hat (£29.50) and Marco Tozzi Boots! (£60)

This shirt is great for evenings out aswell due to its Christmas sparkly collar! (swoon)

Other Gilets I love are:

 Matalan £30

The Outnet £70

Next £30

The Backpack

I have always wanted a backpack and now I have thanks to Bessie Bags making this lovely brown one (£29) I have! It has lots of pockets and you can put it on your shoulder of you don't want to wear it on your back. They come in other colours aswell black navy etc

I styled it with my new H&M Beige Check Shirt (£14.99) Mango snakeskin jeans (£19.99) and Marco Tozzi black long boots (£60)

This outfit is made up of some of my favourite trends for this season. The pictures were taken in my sisters garden it looks so autumnal.

Happy Halloween!

Last night I went out in Stratford with my boyfriend and his mates and I dressed as Elizabeth out of pirates of the caribean and my boyfriend jack sparrow (He actually looked a lot like him aswell)

I made all this outfit myself I got a scarf and skirt of ebay (£4 for both) and the waistcoat was from River Island. I already had the shirt and boots.

I love Halloween it's the one time of year when your make up can look bad and your hair scraggy haha

Hope you all had a fun Halloween! Follow me on bloglovin
