False Eyelashes vs. Eyelash Extensions: Which is Better?
Wednesday, 27 February 2019
When it comes to achieving a dramatic makeup look, accentuating your eyes is key. False eyelashes and eyelash extensions both make it easy to upsize and accentuate your eyes, albeit with a very different price for each.
Inexpensive and easy to apply, false eyelashes can look fantastic when used properly. They’re available in a range of sizes and styles, can be modified to suit your eye shape and offer great versatility and flexibility.
More expensive and significantly more complicated to apply, eyelash extensions offer realism and subtlety, but at a cost. Below, I've compared both of these options to help you pick the best option for your needs, tastes and budget.

How To Wear A Pleated Midi Skirt This Winter
Wednesday, 20 February 2019
Since reaching my mid twenties I prefer midi skirts to mini skirts, mainly because they add a splash of sophistication to any outfit and come in an array of fabulous styles, fabrics and prints. With a longer length and cinched in waist the classic midi cut can flatters all figures and suit all ages. It's a welcome addition to any winter wardrobe too, due to the fact it keep your legs warm whilst looking well put together and it's a great alternative to wearing trousers and jeans all the time.
If you see a midi skirt you like it's best to experiment with the styling whether it's for everyday wear or evening wear. For daytime fashion, you could wear a pleated midi skirt with a simple t-shirt and an oversized striped blazer or even a white shirt or oversized knitted jumper. For evening you could dress them up with a blouse as by nature, the pleated skirt is ultra classy. Although if you want to avoid adding bulk to the bottom half of your body, it's best to team your pleated skirt with a slim-fit top like I have below.

Choosing A Level subjects can be challenging, particularly for students who aren’t 100% clear on their long-term career goals or what they want to study at uni. There’s a lot to consider and it can feel quite overwhelming to have to make a decision that is potentially going to direct the rest of your higher education. However, if you know what you want to study at university, choosing your A Levels is a little easier. In fact Brampton College, a Sixth Form College in London, have put together the following advice to help students who want to do a Marketing degree at university.

Me and my boyfriend don't actually buy each other gifts or cards for Valentine's Day because we like to be more spontaneous other times of the year or take a trip somewhere which is more about making memories then buying a physical gift. Below are some of our favourite romantic destinations in the UK!

Ways to Keep Your Home Warm This Winter and Pay Less
Wednesday, 6 February 2019
If you live in the UK, you’ll know that summer 2018 was simply stunning. We had weeks of continuous sunshine and mild temperatures, but now we seem to be suffering through the polar opposite. At times like this, when snow and ice make themselves known, bill payers tend to notice a rise in their heating expenses. With that said, it’s worth thinking about how you can be more efficient with the heating to save some pennies.
