Boho Styling with One Tribe Apparel

With the festival season in full swing in the UK and summer finally on its way, it gives us fashion girls a chance to experiment with our style and step out of our comfort zones with boho chic fashion. Think plenty of denim, tassels, crochet, sheer, suede, florals and kimonos to create that 70s inspired boho outfit or just take a look at Sienna Millers style for inspiration she practically invented bohemian fashion, back in 2005.

I also have a cool and unique fashion brand to share with you today that embraces such trend and Thai boho fashion in particular - One Tribe ApparelStarted by a couple who wanted to centre their designs around vibrant patterns, handmade craftsmanship and a hippie soul but also make a difference. Since 2017 they are supporting the Elephant Nature Park - an elephant rescue and rehabilitation centre in Northern Thailand by donating every $1 from every piece of clothing that is sold on their website. They also kindly sent me some boho fashion that I'm styling today to inspire you for summer.

From first glance I might not seem like a boho kind of girl, although I do love my florals, but I'm here to show you that anyone can change their style and just have fun! Today I'm styling Purple Elephant Denim Shorts ($19.95) with a Black and Red Peacock Kimono ($29.00) two colours you wouldn't think would work but throw on accessories and a pink cami and it really does. Now I just need to book a festival to wear them too! Both pieces have the most beautiful detailing to them, you can tell the work that has gone into designing these. In terms of sizing I went for a medium in the shorts which is a UK 10-12 as they do come small but they fit me perfectly and the quality is fab. The kimono is one size and although I'm a petite 5ft 2 it was a great length on me.

If you're wondering what other bohemian fashion One Tribe Apparel offer then you're in luck they have a wide range of pants, tops, dresses, bags and jewellery meaning you can create a whole boho look from one brand. The hareem pants and leggings in particular looks super comfy perfect if you're travelling a lot in warmer climates and their dresses are created with floaty fabrics making them perfect for effortless summer styling. If you like something you see make sure to decide quick as delivery to the UK can take up to 21 days because it comes from the USA and is weight based meaning more affordable.

Are you a fan of boho fashion?

  7. I love boho style but it doesn't tend to suit me but I really love the print on both the shorts and the kimono. The length of the kimono is great too and looks like a lovely one to wear in summer

  8. This is such a great look on you, and perfect for those Boho summer days. I have to admit I really like the shorts with the pattern on one side, however my favourite has to be the Kimono. Such a perfect thing to throw on to glam up an outfit and also keep the sun off your shoulders on hot days. Lovely and light and cool too!
