The Boden Striped Jumpsuit

As you may have seen in one of my previous blog post I am officially an ambassador for Boden, which I am still getting my head around as they're a British brand I absolutely love! Because people are heading on holidays and it's finally summer, the focus for Boden this month is anything but beige. Boden don’t like anything to be boring, so they've made their linen in their dedicated linen shop extra-colourful! 

So this month I chose some key linen pieces including their tropical embroidered shorts and shirt, plus the striped verity jumpsuit which I am styling below in my beautiful hometown of Stratford Upon Avon. I can't wait to wear these light and breezy Boden pieces all summer long!

There are so many different styles of jumpsuits to buy that it's really about finding one that fits for you. What attracted me to the Verity Jumpsuit (£98) is the striped print which is a popular fashion trend that comes back every summer (also comes in chambray and mustard). The jumpsuit is cut from a naturally breathable linen blend which is actually the first linen piece I own and definitely not the last. Boden have made it even breezier for summer with the sleeveless, v-neck style. Plus the belted waistband and wide culotte legs means a more comfortable fit for my petite frame and I can confirm it fits me perfectly, meaning I can wear it on my travels.

 A jumpsuit is also great because it's an outfit in one, you don't need to spend time searching endlessly in your wardrobe to match a top and bottom together, you just need to throw on simple accessories to complete the look. I could even dress this up for the evening with some nude heels and a colourful blazer. But for this summer daytime look I paired it with Boden Eva Tan Gladiator Sandals and Lingfield Mini Saddle Bag which are my new summer essentials.
