I'm pleased to share that my brand partnership with British fashion brand Boden has been extended which means I get to inspire you even more over the summer months. An even though the sun is going no where for the moment (Yay!), Boden are planning ahead and styling pieces online that will take you from summer into autumn. Which is not until
23rd September but how quick this year is going it will be here before we know it! And one of those transitional pieces has to be their the long sleeve Breton top (£28) which comes in at least 11 prints including my quirky leopard/stripes and a soft cotton fabric.
There are many ways to style a Breton top whether its with dungarees, a skirt or your favourite pair of jeans. Or another way is with a sleeveless denim dress which in my opinion is another transitional piece your wardrobe shouldn't be without.
Luckily Boden have just the item in the form of the Livia Denim Dress (£80) which comes in a petite or regular fit which is something I love about Boden's designs being 5ft 2 myself. It is also semi-fitted with a midi length which for me creates more of an elegant shape. Plus the buttons on the front add detailing and contrast the mid vintage denim. What I love most about this dress is how many ways you can wear it, maybe one day I want to dress it with a short sleeve t-shirt or style it alone with sandals. The options are endless! Simple summer dressing.
The slip-on trainers I have paired with it are also from Boden and will carry me through the whole season, with a strong rubber sole, plush velvet fabric and they comes in a choice of navy or burgundy.
