For the second year, I attended cycling festival Eroica Britannia in Bakewell, Derbyshire with my good friends at Pashley Cycles. This year was somewhat muddy compared to the previous but that didn't stop the festival spirit! The great thing about this family festival is that there's something for everyone food, fashion, music, dancing & of course CYCLING!
The Pashley Stand with their pretty bikes on display. Each one is handmade in stratford upon avon (my home town) and this year was truly special because it is their 90th Birthday so there were two special edition bikes on display. Many of you may not know this but they sell clothing and accessories too!
For fashionistas like myself it is vintage heaven with an array of stalls & there is even a best dressed male and female contest.
For foodies there is all the food you could want chips, hot dogs, scotch eggs & even pies I purchased one from the Higgidy Pie stand it was incredible!
My outfits
For this very "handsome" weekend I picked out many outfits for all different types of British weather but I eventually decided on a heart print blouse with a spotty skirt for the Saturday which I featured in my bargain post a couple of weeks ago here. Because of the mud I had to swap my ballet flats for my Radley wellies and my Hobbs coat made an appearance incase it rained.
On the Sunday I opted for a blue collar ornate dress from everything 5 pounds with my La Redoute denim jacket and Primark flats.
Beautiful photos and love your outfits! You've an interesting blog and I'll be happy if we start following each other! :)
