Chemist4u Beauty Haul

Shopping for beauty products such as foundations, nail varnishes, perfumes (the list is endless) can come at an expense, which before Christmas most of us don't have the spare money to splash out on must have beauty products, but if you look hard enough across the world wide web there are plenty of beauty bargains to be had from online pharmacy & chemists such as Chemist4u. When I initially came across this website, I thought beauty products really? But YES they do have a wide range of beauty heavily discounted with up to 86% off! This means you can afford to splurge on beauty for yourself which is what I have done but you can also purchase Christmas gifts for the men and women in your life.

Batiste dry shampoo and conditioner

I have been using Batiste dry shampoo for as long as I can remember, who wants the bother of washing their hair everyday? Not me! I use this amazing product every other day so my hair looks as good as new so I was really intrigued to try out Batiste newer version 2in1 dry shampoo and conditioner (£3.86) perfect for dry, coloured and curly hair in a gorgeous smelling cocoa smell. As soon as I put this on my hair I could tell the difference it didn't make my hair as dry as the original dry shampoo.

Maybelline Colour Show Nail Varnish

Party time is nearly upon us, with work parties, drinks with the girlies and New Years Eve on the horizon for me, I want my hand and toe nails to look extra bright and of course match my outfit. Maybelline Color Show Nail Varnishes (£14.95) are a gel based formula that are fast drying and come in a wide range of colours, to suit any style. I tested out the following colours:

Guru Purple
Pool Party
Marshmallow (my favourite)
Fuchsianista
Berry Merry (perfect name for the festive season)

Elizabeth Arden Make-up

Elizabeth Arden (what a fabulous name) has always been known for creating high quality make-up but because of this the price tag is usually high except not on chemist4u, the flawless finish cream foundation was only £9.49 and the maximum volume mascara £9.99. Bargain! I have always preferred to apply my makeup with a sponge and the creamy texture is soft on my face and stays on for a long time.  The mascara applies really easily and catches every lash giving them lots of volume. Also how elegant is the black and gold packaging? I love it!

T-Zone Charcoal Nose Pore Strips

I have never used a nose strip before so was really interested to see if they really worked! T-Zone give you six strips in a pack (£1.20) and once applied to your nose, they are meant to draw out dirt and oils and unclog pores. I can say they really do! My nose felt super soft after leaving one strip on for 10 minutes.

Which is your favourite beauty product? Do you prefer to purchase online or in store?
