Luxe Co-ord

When Luxemme a new fashion brand contacted me to feature an item of my choice from their limited edition range I jumped at the chance, their brand combines Parisian chic with Manchester street style. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love Paris!

I picked the Alayna Floral Contrast Two Piece in a size 8 and it fits perfectly! Believe it or not this is the first time I've ever owned a Co-ord and a beautiful one at that with navy and beige combined and a Porcelain floral print all over. It's a must have two piece outfit and only spurring me on to buy more! Ah Oh. The great thing about co-ords is that it's a whole outfit which takes less time to decide what to wear on a night out plus you can wear them as separates I wore the top with beige skinny jeans for dinner.

Styling the Denim Skirt

Denim skirts have really made a comeback with the whole 70s trend and are a must have for any fashionista this summer, it's also a versatile wardrobe separate and makes a great foundation for an easy, casual outfit. It brings back memories of me wearing denim as a child its like everything that’s old is new again in fashion. With the exception of some trends I think its a good thing!

I was lucky enough to hunt out this denim bargain from New Look for just £5. Unfortunately as I bought it in store it's not available but theres lots more denim skirts online. I am on the hunt for an A-line button through denim skirt too!

I styled the denim tube skirt with a crop ASOS vest which was also super cheap at £3.50. This is more of a mustard colour but when the suns not shining I say let it shine bright with your clothes!

Gingham

We had a love affair with Gingham last spring so I predict its going to be the same this year so when I saw this Gingham Shirt on Matalan's website for £5 I snapped it up!

I styled the shirt with Bershka blue jeans and Matalan pink pumps. This outfit for me is comfy and casual I have a wardrobe full of shirts because there just so easy to style with jeans.

I also bought this beautiful warm Fringed Waterfall Cardigan for only £9! The fringe trend is everywhere right now and brings fun and texture. I just need to add some cowboy boots then I would be looking very western!

Slouchy Pants from Coster Copenhagen

Working for Gemini Woman I get to discover new brands all the time which is great, I recently fell in love with Danish brand Coster Copenhagen. Gemini stock a lot of scandi brands so the clothing is really unique compare to anything else you will see on the high street.

One of their designs that caught my eye were these Coster Copenhagen Surface Print Pants not only because of the design but they are the right length and fit for me being petite. In a neutral grey colour aswell, they can be worn with lots of different coloured tops.

Anniversary at the Corran

This Sunday me and the boyfriend travelled to South Wales for our 1st anniversary. Stopping first in Tenby as we were staying at the Corran Resort & Spa nearby.

We even managed to sunbathe on the beach as the sun was shining

Having never been to Tenby before I was very excited they had such cute pastel houses. Someone please buy me one pretty please, just imagine waking up with the sea as your view BLISS

After sunbathing & getting slightly sunburnt we drove to the Corran located in Laugharne, Carmarthenshire. Literally in the middle of nowhere so tranquil.

When we arrived we were shown to our beautiful room in the main house - the comfiest bed & lovely pebble bathroom and separate living room what more could you ask for?!

After exploring our room we had afternoon tea with a variety of fresh sandwiches and cakes! I was in my element.

After lunch it was time for relaxation by the pool and jacuzzi

Dinner was booked for 8.00pm so plenty of time for me to get ready. I wore my new ASOS Floral Skater dress (£13.50) with New Look heels.

The dining room

For dinner we had 3 courses all locally sourced produce which included:

Scallops with pea puree, palma ham & prawn toast

Main was Lamb rack with chips, veg and pea purée

For dessert Peach filled with ice cream and decorated edible flowers!

The food was incredible and beautifully presented.

The "Lazy Sunday" package we chose was £175 which included afternoon tea, 3 course dinner, breakfast, use of spa facilities and overnight stay bargain!

Our stay at the Corran was special from start to finish the epitome of luxury, we're pleased we chose there to celebrate our 1st anniversary cannot wait to return.
